		<description>One of the things that drove me into the profession that I'm (slowly) learning how to do is the idea that maybe I can provide children (using the term loosely here) a different way of managing some of the hurdles that I had to overcome.  

Alternatively, if you had gotten over the 'nonsense' earlier, would you be the same person you are today with the same insights you have?  Interesting philosophical question, I think...</description>
